Year 3

Welcome to Year 3, the first year in Key Stage Two. 

In Year 3 we help the children to build on all they’ve learnt in Key Stage One and help them to start to become more independent learners.  

We aim to provide a happy and secure learning environment where all the children are encouraged to try their best and reach their full potential.

We ensure that the classrooms are stimulating places which motivate the children to work hard and achieve whilst also having fun.

Your child will be supported during this significant year by Mr McNidder, Mr Hopkins, Miss Campbell, Mrs Dunn and Mrs Farquharson

The Phase Leader for Lower Key Stage Two is Mrs Murfin.

We provide the children with a broad and balanced curriculum which caters to the needs of all children. The children will primarily be learning through a number of exciting topics which you will find stated in the termly topic letter.
